An all-in-one B2B SaaS platform that centralizes professional cleaning operations — from scheduling to quality control.
When I joined Soniq, the challenge was to adapt the new brand guidelines across the web platform and app. My role was to co-lead the design system transition in alignment with the front-end team to build a single source of truth and migrate 39 Figma files to the new brand, without disrupting the normal pace of product development.
We benchmarked several solutions, including Material UI, before choosing Ant Design for its React-based flexibility and token customization. From there, we imported the UI kit into Figma, adjusted tokens and components, and planned the migration across all teams.
