An all-in-one B2B SaaS platform that centralises professional cleaning operations — from scheduling to quality control.

When I joined Soniq, the challenge was to adapt the new brand guidelines across the web platform and app. My role was to co-lead the design system transition in alignment with the front-end team — building a single source of truth and migrating 39 Figma files to the new brand, without disrupting the normal pace of product development.
